Here's how the modified 28px size will look compared to the automatically resized version. I make emotes to be readable even when they're auto-resized, but if you like that extra touch, I would recommend adding on the modified 28px version too. :)

My Rights
I have copyright and full rights over the artwork itself
I have full right to decline a commission prior to payment
I can post the piece to my socials unless requested by the client
Your Rights
You may repost, edit, and/or modify the piece with proper credit (e.g. "Drawn by @chocojax")
You may use the artwork for any personal use
You are not allowed to trace or claim it as your own work
You are not allowed to sell merch/products using the piece unless agreed upon by the artist
You are not allowed to edit out my signature
You are not allowed to use my work for NFT conversion / AI training
Payment
Payment will be done via PayPal
Full payment will only be requested when you agree to the itemized quote
If needed, please let me know if you need to setup a payment plan
Additional charges may apply if you exceed three modifications per piece (I will tell you in writing when a modification counts towards this)
Fees
All fees will be explicitly stated in writing, and I will confirm with the client first before sending an invoice.
Complexity Fee: This applies to any character designs/outfits that are extremely complex (has many layers of clothing, trinkets, textures, patterns). The complexity fee varies.
Rush Fee: This applies to anything that needs to be done under 30 days after payment. The rush fee begins at an additional 30% of the rushed works, and increases based off of how short the deadline is.
Private Fee: This applies to anything that the client wants/needs to be private. This means that I cannot share any work-in-progresses and the final works on social media, stream, I cannot make merch of the works, etc. This does not apply to requests to hold back on sharing until a certain date (e.g. waiting until a birthday or a release date). The private fee is an additional 50% of the privatized works.
NSFW Fee: This applies to any illustrations that involve nudity, or has a nude variation. NSFW drawings are limited to single characters only. The NSFW fee is an additional 30% of the relevant works.
Refunds
If you request a refund and I have not begun any work on the commission, you will receive an 80% refund
If you request a refund and I am in the sketch phase and have not started lines/flats/rendering, you will receive a 50% refund
No refunds if I am past the sketch phase
In the case of a refund, you may not use or make adjustments to my artwork, including any work-in-progresses sent
